National Defense Authorization Act FY2022 Seeks to Include UAP & Nuclear Connection Inquiries

National Defense Authorization Act FY2022 Seeks to Include UAP & Nuclear Connection Inquiries

Congress now has reason to believe there is a UFO nuclear connection, and they want answers.
Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY)

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) has submitted an amendment for consideration to the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA, H.R. 4350).

The Congressional intelligence committees include, U.S. House Armed Services, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, House Armed Services Committee, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and its subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Counter proliferation.

Senator Gillibrand sits on the Senate Armed Services Committee and Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, and was briefed with a classified version of the UAPTF report.

Gillibrands addendum seeks to include information pertaining to nuclear materials and incidents associated with unidentified aerial phenomena.

From the NDAA proposed revisions

(1) REQUIREMENT.—Not later than October 31, 2022, and annually thereafter until October 31, 2026, the Director, in consultation with the Secretary, shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on unidentified aerial phenomena.

(2) ELEMENTS.—Each report under paragraph (1) shall include, with respect to the year covered by the report, the following information:

(K) The number of reported incidents, and descriptions thereof, of unidentified aerial phenomena associated with military nuclear assets, including strategic nuclear weapons and nuclear-powered ships and submarines.

(L) In consultation with the Administrator of the National Nuclear Security Administration, the number of reported incidents, and descriptions thereof, of unidentified aerial phenomena associated with facilities or assets associated with the production, transportation, or storage of nuclear weapons or components thereof.

(M) In consultation with the Chairman of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the number of reported incidents, and descriptions thereof, of unidentified aerial phenomena or drones of unknown origin associated with nuclear power generating stations, nuclear fuel storage sites, or other sites or facilities regulated by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

With some lawmakers sitting on overlapping committees approximately 125 Congressional members were briefed with a UAPTF classified report. The remainder of Congress, some 410 members, have not been briefed with UAPTFs classified documents.

Clearly not everyone in Congress is on the same page but at least one courageous soul is now seeking answers to the UAP nuclear connection.

The Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force (UAPTF) is a program within the US Office of Naval Intelligence used to “standardize collection and reporting” on sightings of unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP).

Its predecessor was the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program (AATIP) headed by Lue Elizondo.

Lue Elizondo, Former Director of AATIP

In a previous article it was discussed that in a recent interview with The Debrief, Lue Elizondo was asked about the nuclear connection and said,

“AATIP was aware of the nuclear connection, there was a lot of information AATIP didn’t have access to that Robert Hastings did, and he did a fantastic job with his book about the nuclear connection.”

Elizondo continued…

“We were able to validate and substantiate exactly what he was saying through intelligence reporting. Not only was it good and accurate at the end of the day it was helpful, in some cases there was a little information we didn’t have that he did..”

The Department of Defense’s AATIP program validated and substantiated Hastings findings from his book “UFOs and Nukes”.

“Nuclear weapons program is an ongoing source of interest to someone possessing vastly superior technology. Significantly, the reported UFO activity occasionally transcends mere surveillance and appears to involve direct and unambiguous interference with our strategic weapons systems.” – Robert Hastings

In one of the most notable incidents from Hastings book UFOs and Nukes occurred at Montana’s Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1967.

Capt. Robert Salas, 7News Spotlight

” Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, who was at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in 1967 when 10 ICBMs he was overseeing suddenly became inoperative – at the same time base security informed him of a mysterious red glowing object in the sky.”

“Robert Jamison, a retired USAF nuclear missile targeting officer, told of several occasions having to go out and “re-start” missiles that had been deactivated, after UFOs were sighted nearby.”

The intelligence regarding the UAP nuclear connection through AATIPs program is included in the classified version of the UAPTF classified report. Senator Gillibrand’s proposed revisions are clearly representative of the intelligence she received as part of classified briefings.

The addendum now infers the United States Government wants to investigate any potential threats regarding UAP incidents at nuclear weapons facilities.

The United States Government has never issued an official statement regarding UAP visits at nuclear facilities, nor has the mainstream media asked any questions of Congress regarding this security issue.

Mainstream Media

The media should now be posing questions to Senator Gillibrand and Congress as to..

What information the USG has obtained that would lead them to believe that there needs to be accountability regarding reported incidents associated with UAP and US military nuclear assets?

Does Congress have knowledge that unidentified aerial phenomena have visited United States strategic nuclear weapon sites, nuclear powered ships and submarines?

What incidents prompted this addendum regarding UAP incursions associated with the production, transportation, or storage of nuclear weapons or components?

Does the United States Government have reason to believe that the security of the United States nuclear facilities have been compromised by unidentified aerial phenomenon?

To what degree have nuclear facilities in the United States been compromised based on current reports in the classified report?

The media should establish that UAP has visited nearly every nuclear facility in the United States, and the potential ramifications of those incursions.

Look Magazine July 1, 1952

“Someone” is exhibiting a technology that the United States admits is more advanced than anything in their arsenal. This technology is being used for incursions at American nuclear facilities and ICBMs have been deactivated as a result of these visits.

Mainstream media has not asked any questions regarding safety concerns to American citizens associated with nuclear site incursions by unidentified aerial phenomenon, why not?

Senator Gillibrand’s Proposed Addendum to the NDAA regarding Intelligence Collection & the Science Plan

Senator Gillibrand’s proposed addendum for the National Defense authorization Act is quite comprehensive. The proposed legislation goes far beyond the nuclear connection covered in a recent article. I find these two sections quite compelling which address Data Collection and a Science Plan.

Visit this site to read the full NDAA proposed addendum which starts on page S7814.

(1) IN GENERAL.—The Director and the Secretary shall each, in coordination with each other, designate one or more line organizations that will be primarily responsible for scientific, technical, and operational analysis of data gathered by field investigations conducted under subsection (d), or data from other sources, including testing of materials, medical studies, and development of theoretical models to better understand and explain unidentified aerial phenomena. (2) AUTHORITY.—The Director and the Secretary shall promulgate such directives as necessary to ensure that the designated line organizations have authority to draw on special expertise of persons outside the Federal Government with appropriate security clearances.

(f) INTELLIGENCE COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS PLAN.— (1) IN GENERAL.—The head of the Office shall supervise the development and execution of an intelligence collection and analysis plan on behalf of the Secretary and the Director to gain as much knowledge as possible regarding the technical and operational characteristics, origins, and intentions of unidentified aerial phenomena, including the development, acquisition, deployment, and operation of technical collection capabilities necessary to detect, identify, and scientifically characterize unidentified aerial phenomena. (2) USE OF RESOURCES AND CAPABILITIES.—In developing the plan required by paragraph (1), the head of the Office shall consider and propose, as appropriate, the use of any resource, capability, asset, or process of the Department and the intelligence community.

(g) SCIENCE PLAN.—The head of the Office shall supervise the development and execution of a science plan on behalf of the Secretary and the Director to develop and test, as practicable, scientific theories to account for characteristics and performance of unidentified aerial phenomena that exceed the known state of the art in science or technology, including in the areas of propulsion, aerodynamic control, signatures, structures, materials, sensors, countermeasures, weapons, electronics, and power generation, and to provide the foundation for potential future investments to replicate any such advanced characteristics and performance. (h) ASSIGNMENT OF PRIORITY.—The Director, in consultation with the Secretary, shall assign an appropriate level of priority within the National Intelligence Priorities Framework to the requirement to understand, characterize, and respond to unidentified aerial phenomena.

Lue Elizondo and Christopher Mellon join The Galileo Project

Excerpt from “This is Not Science Fiction”

Ross Coulthart’s book “In Plain Sight’’ goes on to describe that the United States Government seemingly has situational awareness for at least some UAP entering Earth’s orbit from deep space.

Furthermore, the USG has the ability to actively track UAP via signals emanating from these craft based on conversations with retired US intelligence officer Bob Fish.

“There was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water, so they were easy to track. On several occasions they filmed the UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa.” – Bob Fish, In Plain Sight

Mr. Fish went on to indicate that the UAP entered the atmosphere and plunged into the Atlantic Ocean east of Miami Florida and north of Bermuda.

This seems like a good location for a telescope with sensor capabilities if you were running the Galileo Project.

UFO Twitter: What conclusions would you draw from the following information?

“There was a specific electronic signature (frequency) emanating from them when they were going into or coming out of the water, so they were easy to track. On several occasions they filmed the UFO as it transitioned from water to air or vice versa.”Bob Fish, In Plain Sight

This frequency, detected in the late 1970s, allows the United States to detect, track and predict UAP locations.

“There is an inexorable connection between nukes and UFOs.” – Robert Hastings, Nukes and UFOs

This knowledge could be used for baiting, luring or trapping UFOs.

A small number of congressional members have seen the classified version of the UAPTF Report, which featured a 40 minute video which they described as “science fiction” and we’re “gobsmacked” – Bob McGwire, Spaced Out Radio.

The rest of Congress has not seen this video or read the classified version of the report.

One of the provisions in the National Defense authorization act states to “provide an update on any efforts underway on the ability to capture or exploit discovered unidentified aerial phenomena.”

This is Not Science Fiction

Ross Coulthart, Australian investigative journalist recently said in an interview

“there has been consideration given to offensively trying to bring down these objects.”

As it turns out, ‘Are we alone in the universe’ is a question that is eclipsed by its answer…

The United States Government in its UAP Task Force report issued on June 25th, 2021 has substantiated that unidentified aerial phenomena are indeed a fact and pose a national security threat.

ODNI submitted to Congress a preliminary report regarding Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) that relays the progress made by the UAP Task Force.

The United States Government has undoubtedly had theologians, sociologists, psychologists, economists, scientists and more provide detailed reports on the ramifications of an extraterrestrial revelation. These reports provide insight into what could happen to its power structures, economic and financial institutions, sociological and psychological impacts on religion and on and on in the chain of events spanning the globe. The USG has most certainly concluded that the ramifications would be highly unpredictable and virtually uncontrollable.

However, far more prevalent in military minds is the means by which the vehicle is propelled and it’s occupants.

Based on five observables provided by the Department of Defense’s AATIP for. director Lue Elizondo, they were already aware that they were vastly outmatched by superior technology. A vehicle that travels at unimaginable speeds possessing the ability to become invisible with instant acceleration. Moving through air without the aid of flight surfaces, traveling in space, Earth’s atmosphere and oceans seemingly unimpeded by gravitational forces, with no discernible means of propulsion.

From a national security and a military perspective this is a nightmare scenario if this potential threat decided to take hostile action.

Making matters worse the USG also knows that if this god-like technology were to fall into the hands of it’s adversaries and mastered before the United States, it would leave democracy defenseless.

In a concerning statement made by Australian investigative reporter Ross Coulthart who appeared on the Unidentified Celebrity Review podcast noted his sources confirmed “there has been consideration given to offensively trying to bring down these objects.”

Coulthart’s book “In Plain Sight’’ goes on to describe that the United States Government seemingly has situational awareness for at least some UAP entering Earth’s orbit from deep space.

Furthermore, the USG has the ability to actively track them via RF signals emanated from these craft based on conversations with retired US intelligence officer Bob Fish.

CRASH RETRIEVALS AND EXOTIC MATERIALS

Madrid Graphic Art

Coulthart also speculated in his book, “In Plain Sight” and in interviews that the Russians have obtained exotic materials from UAP crash retrievals and are attempting to reverse engineer them.

Additionally, Coulthart indicated that Nat Kobitz, former Director of Science and Technology Development for the US Navy confirmed being “read-in” to a highly classified UFO retrieval program, adding that there were multiple UFO crash retrievals.

Lue Elizondo made it quite clear to Tucker Carlson in an interview on Fox News that he believed the United States government is in possession of the exotic materials.

In a recent interview with Dr. J Radio Live podcast, Elizondo was asked whether he had contacted Lockheed Martin and inquired about what exotic assets they have in their possession.

“Have we asked, yes, I’m not going to tell you what the answer is because part of that answer requires approval from certain organizations and military contractors and I’m not at liberty to answer on their behalf.”

“I’ve made it very clear what I said and I went right up to that line by saying…, do I think the United States government is in possession of the exotic material…and I said yes, and I stand by that.” – Lue Elizondo

In a very interesting distinction, Elizondo omits the Department of Defense or other government agencies as the source that would need to provide approval to respond to this question.

US government related UFO projects would undoubtedly have waived unacknowledged special access program (WUSAP) clearances. These secretly funded black operation projects are completely off the books with limited congressional oversight.

Specifically, the “Gang of Eight” includes the leaders of each of the two parties from both the Senate and House of Representatives, and the chairs and ranking minority members of both the Senate Committee and House Committee for intelligence who have exclusive oversight over these projects.

It may not surprise you to learn that Senate Majority leader Harry Reid served on this committee between 2007–2015.

The legal implications as to why the Department of Defense is potentially unloading UAP crash site vehicles and exotic materials on contractors is unknown. However this may be an attempt to hide USG possession while still maintaining control of these materials yet remaining out of the reach of FOIA requests is quite intriguing.

CHECKMATE

There is little doubt that world governments that possess these exotic materials have been trying to reverse engineer this technology for decades.

“A quiet Cold War goes on for mastery of this technology.” – Ross Coulthart

Herein lies the core of the UAP National Security concern that the United States and its allies face while trying to protect and preserve democracy around the world.

While the UAP Task Force report concludes UAP pose a potential threat to our aviation the United States Government also knows that these craft possess seemingly invincible cutting-edge technology that could dismantle democracy if our adversaries obtained it first.

If one could imagine having the technological knowledge to manufacture vehicles that had the ability to defy gravity while traveling at unimaginable speeds exhibiting great stealth and harboring tactical nuclear payloads… its adversaries would be defeated with considerable ease.

These new vehicles could be simultaneously positioned over major cities, ICBM sites and tactical targets. Communications would be issued to adversarial governments to capitulate or risk the horror of the aggressor proving their resolve.

Resistance could result in the systematic assassination of government leaders and the destruction of cities. ICBM installations and military apparatus would be wiped out forcing adversaries to capitulate without the benefit of suing for peace.

In an unprecedented military invasion the aggressor would systematically land their occupying forces in undamaged airports, as they took control of American cities facing no resistance while declaring martial law.

The unimaginable cost of resistance would prove too high.

Of course there are other possibilities…

Former President Ronald Reagan in a speech presented in front of the United Nations, said.

“I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world. And yet, I ask you, is not an alien force already among us? What could be more alien to the universal aspirations of our peoples than war and the threat of war?”

While I personally subscribe to peaceful diplomatic resolutions in most matters, I truly wonder whether countries would work together without having a common foe or imminent alien threat that unites humanity in a common cause.

Ultimately the question becomes, if a superpower could defeat an enemy with virtually no casualties or loss of military or economic infrastructures would they do it?

Would the Allies allow Chinese and the Russians governments to continue to function in its current capacity?

Would Russia and or China choose to eradicate democracy and enslave the world in a global authoritarian regime?

The Joe Rogan show on May 5, 2021:

“The Chinese are employing AI information technology and are truly creating an Orwellian state in which they can monitor virtually every conversation, people’s movement, employment, their location, they have facial recognition detectors, they monitor every cell phone with a patriotic scorecard reviewed at checkpoints verifying complicity.”

“As they continue to perfect and implement and as you extrapolate that out 20 years you achieve absolute power and control over the entire population.” – Christopher Mellon, for. Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence

This thought experiment portrays the kinds of discussions that are certainly occurring in the halls of power around the world.

RITE OF PASSAGE

The USG would be wise to maintain above top secret classifications for all efforts being made to reverse engineer exotic materials and associated breakthroughs as a matter of National Security.

However, with enough transparency from the USG it could initiate international discussions about the UAP reality and associated technologies. This inevitably may be the thing that saves us from ourselves. It’s possible that this would afford opportunities for collaboration with other nations’ scientists and academics. This initiative could unite us in a scientific cause, preserving peace and turn us into spacefaring explorers together.

This would also provide much-needed relief and recognition to those who have lived under ridicule and persecution of the stigma associated with UFOs for decades.

Harvard University’s Professor Avi Loeb, Astronomy Department Center for Astrophysics has now become the first academic to initiate a publicly-funded program called the Galileo Project. They will attempt to provide a high-resolution image of a UAP using scientific methods and equipment furnished through his initiative’s public funding.

Notably his research team is composed of academics from around the world. An important distinction as Professor Loeb sends a clear message that this is a global issue.

This writer imagines our visitors as pragmatic observers, judging humanity based on both its past and present actions. Seemingly interested and patiently waiting, but for what?

I question whether an alien civilization would allow humanity to use this technology for its own devices.

The discovery of gravity field propulsion would sweep humanity into the realm of a spacefaring civilization with the ability to navigate to other solar systems.

It may turn out the answer to this question is likely determined by whether we’re willing to work together for peaceful purposes. I suspect these are required credentials for fledgling space faring civilizations.

THE REVELATION IS MESSY

In an attempt to solidify the unbelievable complexity, chaos and ramifications that would ensue if the United States Government provided full disclosure…

This hypothetical statement explains their position.

THE PENTAGON: OFFICIAL STATEMENT UNIDENTIFIED AERIAL PHENOMENA REPORT

The USG has determined that there is an alien presence on our planet which wields technology perhaps thousands of years beyond our comprehension. The vehicles have the ability to become invisible to the human eye, travel at unimaginable speeds, while having instantaneous acceleration. These objects have no flight services and appear to defy gravity with no visible means of propulsion.

These visitors have made no attempt to communicate with us, and the USG has not been able to substantiate contact with this unknown entity.

The USG has not been able to ascertain this entity’s peaceful or hostile intent.

The USG has not be able to determine if these “others” are AI controlled, autonomous machines or made of flesh and blood, dimensional or intra-dimensional beings. It is thought that some of these alien vehicles described as orbs, may have the ability to pass through physical matter.

The United States government has retrieved alien crash vehicles and exotic materials but have been unable to understand or replicate its workings. The USG also believes that there have been crashed crafts retrieved by the Russian and Chinese governments. If they were to reverse engineer a UAP propulsion system first it would provide them with an unprecedented first strike capability to which there is no defense.

The USG has performed investigations finding anecdotal evidence that private citizens may have been abducted for the purposes of studying human biology.

The USG also believes that this alien presence is also slaughtering our livestock presumably to study it’s biology and collecting various natural resources for purposes we don’t understand.

UAPs taunt our Air Force and Naval assets while observing our military movements all day, every day with the ability to loiter in the air, in space or at sea around the clock with no identifiable means of propulsion or energy source.

Getty

The USG has numerous confirmations that include UAP incursions reported throughout the United States and Russian at ICBM nuclear launch sites.

It’s also widely known that nuclear-powered naval vessels and ground installations around the world are also notable hotspots for UAP visits.

One of the most notable incidents occurred at Montana’s Malmstrom Air Force Base in 1967.

“Star & Stripes quoted former Air Force Capt. Robert Salas, who was at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana in 1967 when 10 ICMs he was overseeing suddenly became inoperative – at the same time base security informed him of a mysterious red glowing object in the sky.”

“Robert Jamison, a retired USAF nuclear missile targeting officer, told of several occasions having to go out and “re-start” missiles that had been deactivated, after UFOs were sighted nearby.”

“Similar sightings at nuclear sites in the former Soviet Union and in Britain were related.”

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/ex-air-force-personnel-ufos-deactivated-nukes/

For more information on nuclear base incursions buy UAP see “UFO Sightings at ICBM Sites and Nuclear Weapons Storage Areas” by Robert Hastings

http://www.nicap.org/babylon/missile_incidents.htm

This is a good argument for why UFOs have been kept a secret for more than 75 years.

THE FINAL ACT

In my view its clear there has been an orchestrated effort providing acclimation for a new reality by the USG since the New York Times article, “Glowing auras and black money” published in December of 2017. Humanity is now entering uncharted territory, where we will no longer be in control of our own destinies.

Pentagon officials and politicians including two former CIA directors, for. director of the ONI and former president Barack Obama, we’re all on the record indicating UAP exists and pose a national security threat prior to the UAP task force report being issued on June 25th, 2021.

When the ONI / UAPTF report was issued the United States then unequivocally confirmed that UAP was an unknown anomaly exhibiting technology that did not exist in the American arsenal.

There are vehicles not made of human hands, traveling in American skies with impunity, exhibiting technology of a “different kind” and controlled by entities we don’t understand.

It’s possible the USG has determined that the democracies must obtain this technology before it’s adversaries, at any cost. Contemplating the idea of shooting down UFOs in an attempt to achieve this, would be the ultimate gamble.

The United States government should maintain National Security associated with the unidentified aerial phenomenon.

However, high resolution video and sensor data should be declassified that would provide transparency to the world, proving this is not science fiction.
